Leaks are very common and make up a majority of our service calls.

Some leaks are usually the result of age, heat or leaving a tub without water for an extended period of time.

Leaks at pumps or heater gaskets are fairly easy to repair and should be replaced every 5 years.

 

Leaks at the penetration into tubs for jets, intakes & lights are common and can be repaired by draining tub and repaired using silicone.

The biggest problem with leaks is the water damage to the wooden structure under tub that can rot the wood and cause stability problems.
